We start with a design, Choosing the color, finish, the thickness of your countertops, and deciding on other unique attributes (waterfall legs, inlays, features, etc.). It’s best to provide the project location and a simple drawing with dimensions or pictures of what you have in mind.
King renovate will review your project's scope, details, timing and offer suggestions when needed. Once details are finalized, we will provide an accurate quote. Once the contract is signed, we will send a team to the site and begin templating to build your precast countertop. If cast in place needs to be done, they do the framing and pure the concrete.

Our concrete surfaces are available in three finishes: smooth, plane and natural, Smooth is more uniform than the plane, a hand-troweled look with a very subtle surface texture. And natural is not troweled, and sometimes we don't apply vibration to have a more natural look.
